During a Salesforce Classic → Lightning migration, I identified WCAG AA contrast issues in Lightning components, escalated them, and worked directly with Salesforce.
I created Dell’s first EMEA Design Week and Conversations with a Mentor to make design leadership, learning and support easier to access.
I teach UX/UI, research, accessibility, communication and AI-assisted design workflows, and facilitate workshops and talks for design communities and business audiences.
My career moved from visual design and front-end collaboration into product design, research, enterprise platforms and design leadership. I’m drawn to environments where products have grown separately, teams need alignment, and design can create both customer and organizational clarity.
Most recently I led strategic Partner Experience work at Dell Technologies at Senior Principal level. I also teach and mentor because helping people become clearer, stronger and more confident is part of how I lead.
I’m especially interested in Design Director, Head of Design and senior Product Design Leadership roles across complex products, platforms and international organizations.
